Oliphan brings you wonderful news as we proudly introduce to you our Concierge Service, simply for the convenience of our dear customers. Our Concierge Service features a user-friendly interface for our customers to use upon ordering a photobook.
Creating a photo album serves a meaningful purpose as it can display many of your treasured memories and moments with just a flip of a page. As content as we are with our current purpose built-in editor, we’ve come up with the new Concierge Service feature for a more simplistic approach. For those with limited time or familiarity with our existing built-in editor, our new feature will surely be a helping hand for creating your photo albums.
Interested in using our Concierge Service for your photobook needs? Read further on for a quick guide on how to use our new feature with ease.
Step 1: Find and click the Concierge tab on Oliphan’s home web page menu
Head over to Oliphan’s main home page and find the "Concierge" tab on the menu bar located at the top of the page.
Step 2: Select and fill in your desired product specifications
Our Concierge Service page allows you to select the specifications of your product according to your desire. Select your preferred photobook type, cover, size and paper. Fill in the textbox of which you would like to have written on the cover of your photo album.
Step 3: Click the Upload Photos button to select and upload your photos
The next step shall be simple as you will only be required to select your preferred photos to insert onto your photobook. Select the photos as you wish and click “Upload Your Photos” to insert and confirm your chosen photos.
Step 4: Complete your photobook order
Once you’ve uploaded your photos, you can proceed to complete your order by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
Step 5: Receive the link to your photo album within 48 hours
You will be pleased to know that within just 48 hours of placing your photobook order, Oliphan will send you the link to your new photobook. Note that you can still make final, last-minute adjustments to your photo album if need be. Once satisfied with adjusting the design, proceed to make your payment to finalize your order.
Step 6: Leave the rest to us
Leave the rest to Oliphan and we’ll work our magic to create your magnificent photo album. You will be receiving your photo album swiftly and we’ll make sure it will put a big smile on your face.
